Our expert florists take pride in their work, and knowing that flowers are a perishable product, we make every effort to ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of your flowers. We want you to love your flowers as much as we do. 

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Substitution Policy

Flowers: The photos represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. We select the best flowers available to assure the highest quality and style for all hand-crafted creations. Depending on availability, our professional designers might make appropriate substitutions for flowers, container types, or colors. If there’s a substitution, the arrangement will maintain the overall tone and feel of the original arrangement. Substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value of the original arrangement.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.



To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store directly.



As the purchaser of items from Cambria Nursery & Florist, the purchaser agrees that:

All sales are final. This includes anything purchased from the floral department. As flowers are a perishable item, replacements are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — contact us at [email protected].  Please include a photo so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy it accordingly.
  • We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during delivery.
  • As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds; however, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
  • Replacements are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
  • As flowers are perishable, you must water them; otherwise, they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.
  • If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.
  • Upon redelivery or pick up, we will take the original arrangement off your hands.


Delivery Policy

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery times are a guideline and not guaranteed.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as a doorstep, porch, yard or other location. The customer assumes all liability for arrangements left outside.

It is the customer’s responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange, as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.

Recipient May be Contacted: We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home. In some cases, the delivery driver may contact the recipient to locate the delivery address.

Gate Code or Access Limitations: If the recipient has a gate and we do not have the gate code or cannot get in to complete the delivery, we will bring the flowers back to the shop and they will need to be picked up. If you would like it re-delivered the next day, an additional delivery charge will occur.

Delivery to Hospitals: We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.


Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
